Exchange

• We offer a 7 day Exchange from the date of delevery.

• For exchange the item should be in same condition as the time of purchase with original invoice.

• We reserve the right to deny exchange if it does not compile with our policy or we see it has been tempered with or used.

• Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from us about the same.

• For exchange if the item is of less value, then the customer will get store credit for the remaining amount or they can purchase for the same value or higher valued item.

• Exchange cannot be done on engraved and personalized items.

• In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the Buybacks / Exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable

• Ivaanjewels reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for specific customers. In such a situation, the customer will always be informed of the decision prior to the purchase.

• Exchange of the item of similar value or higher can be done once after that it will be consider under buy back policy.

• We are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and will gladly assist with any exchange request.
